Our goal is the satisfaction of our customers and that is why all orders are prepared and checked by us one by one before dispatch. However, in the event that you receive a defective, damaged product or for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right to return part or all of your order within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt.

It is clarified that the returned products must be undamaged and in their original packaging. They must not have been opened, used or worn. We also do not accept returns of products purchased from retailers and other third party providers. Products must be returned with the documentation that accompanied them when the order was opened, a receipt/invoice of purchase is essential. The cost of returning any defective product and re-shipment of a replacement will be borne by dermaplasis (necessary condition to return in the same way the products were sent). For the return of non-defective products the cost of return and any reshipment is borne by the customer.

The return product can be

• • replaced with the same, or other available of equivalent value
  • redeemed for value, and
    • returned/credited back to your account
    • returned in the form of a voucher for a subsequent purchase from our eshop
