Return Policy
Our goal is the satisfaction of our customers and that is why all orders are prepared and checked by us one by one before they are shipped. However, in case you receive a defective, damaged product or for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right to return part or all the order within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt.
It is clarified that the returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. They must not have been opened, used or damaged. We also do not accept returns of products purchased from retailers and other third party providers. The products must be returned with the documents that accompanied them when opening the order, it is necessary to have the receipt / invoice of purchase. The cost of returning any defective product and resending replacement is borne by Dermaplasis O.E (a prerequisite to return in the same way the products were shipped). For the return of non-defective products, the cost of return and any reshipment is borne by the customer.

- redeemed as value
